Prepare enviroment: Install yarn in Windows

1. Download and install nodejs.
2. Download nvm-setup.zip at nvm-windows.
3. Unzip nvm-setup.zip and install nvm-setup.exe.
4. Download and install yarn msi.

1. Start git bash and clone the repository.
